Second Round Financing Raising additional capital to finance products or enterprises already launched. New companies which floated a public issue a short while ago, but are now issuing additional shares to the public or as rights, doing this kind of financing, often show poor initial planning, or craftiness – the initial issue deliberately kept small, so that it could be fully subscribed or oversubscribed, pushing up its price in the secondary market, and ensuring full subscription for the second issue.
