Specified Shares The most widely traded shares, also known as GROUP A SECURITIES, CLEARED SECURITIES, transactions in which are made through the clearing house of the stock exchange. At present they number 94 scrips at the Bombay Stock Exchange. As shares are promoted to Group A or demoted to Group B from time to time, the number varies.
