Unissued Share Capital Authorized but not yet issued portion of a company’s shares. A company’s shares. A company may have an authorized share capital of Rs 30,000,000 of Rs 10 shares, i.e., 3,000,000 shares. It may choose to offer for subscription 2,000,000 shares in the fist instance. The 1,000,000 unissued shares may be offered later as a rights issue to the existing shareholders with or without a premium, or to the public, with or without a premium.
