Well said, Mr.Arun.
Perhaps one may add Tithing to the above list.
Paradoxical, but amazingly effective (while bringing you peace AND prosperity), the principle of TITHING is, you'd be glad to know, of Indian origin!
In the west, people tithe regularly in church, i.e: they voluntarily donate 'one-tenth' of their gross monthly income to the church (or any other worthy, spiritual cause--like the Blind school, Orphans, etc) which gives them satisfaction in giving.Remember, 90% of the income is theirs, but 10% is for donation to God and His affairs!
I have started doing this for sometime now, and apart from the deep satisfaction I get in giving, the returns are ten-fold! Yeah! Do it and see for yourself!
Where do you think this practice originated?
In sanskrit, the word is 'tithi', meaning date.On the tenth of the month, people humbly donated one-tenth of their income. Within a couple of months( That's how soon!!) they experienced windfalls!
The giving is not done with the expectation of receiving. Yet when we give with a grateful heart, miraculously God puts a genuine smile on our face, a cheer in our voice, a warmth in our touch, and a spring in our gait, as we go out in the world to do His bidding.

"manmade things must never be allowed to overwhelm us(mankind)"
