Current Value Accounting (CVA)

Current Value Accounting (CVA) Adjusts a company’s financial statement in the light of inflationary increase in a company’s earnings and profits by taking into account changes in the price of individual items, rather than in the general price level. See GENERAL PRICE LEVEL ACCOUNTING.
