Liquidity Ratios The measure of the solvency of a company and its ability to meet its debt obligations on time. The tow common ratios are: 1. CURRENT RATIO, which equals current assets divided by current liabilities; and the 2. QUICK RATIO, which equals current assets less inventories divided by current liabilities
